SEPHORiA is Sephora’s biggest beauty event of the year – a place to meet your beauty icons, learn about the newest products, enjoy incredible swag, and more.
SEPHORiA 2025 is an in-person event and will be held in Dubai, UAE for the second time.
All SEPHORiA tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Resale or the unauthorized transfer of tickets is not allowed under any circumstance. One person will be admitted per ticket. Sephora may deny access to persons we reasonably suspect to be holding a resold, unauthorized, or counterfeit ticket. Exchanges and upgrades are not permitted.

In the first instance, please check your junk or spam folder. In a busy period, Platinumlist confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive. You must be 10 years of age or older to attend SEPHORiA, and you must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
No bags larger than the approved size of 15cm H x 20cm W are permitted and must be a sling handle bag and remain your person. For full list of prohibited items please visit www.expocitydubai.com.
Strollers are not permitted at the event. Animals are not permitted in the event. Weapons, tobacco, or smoking products (including e-cigarettes) and outside food and drink are expressly prohibited. Additional items may not be allowed inside the event as determined by Sephora in its reasonable discretion.
Swag bags from previous SEPHORiA sessions will not be allowed back into the venue for another ticketed session.
YES!! SEPHORiA might as well be your favorite day of the year. In addition to the swag bag associated with your ticket, you will have the opportunity to collect samples and swag inside SEPHORiA too.
